Title: Associate Prosthodontist
Duties: Perform examinations, diagnose and treat patients for complicated dental issues,
including implants and other artificial replacements for teeth and other parts of the
mouth. Use dental equipment and dental laboratory equipment. Review work of
Hygienists. Train and guide dental assistants with lab work. Keep and maintain
appropriate records, reports, claims, and correspondence necessary and appropriate
concerning all professional services rendered by Dentist. Chart, diagnose and document
all aspects of treatment according to the rules and regulations of the State of Texas
completely and accurately. Comply with all laws concerning the practice of dentistry and
the rules and regulations of all pertinent government authorities including, but not limited
to, the State of Texas. Maintain up-to-date continuing education requirements as required
by the State of Texas to maintain Dentists license to practice dentistry. Attend all
monthly staff meetings and other mandatory Company meetings. Manage majority of
dental emergencies. Collaborate in expanding office services, including digital dentistry,
including CAD-CAM based equipment, such as a scanner, a design station and a milling
machine.
Requires: Doctor of Dental Surgery degree or foreign degree equivalent and specialty
certificate in Prosthodontics. Must be a Texas Licensed Dentist.
